About the artist:

Born in Venezuela in 1995, David De Lima is an interdisciplinary visual communicator and artist whose roots transcend through his expression of work. His practice takes many different forms of manifestation, including curation, painting, and installation. In 2022, David presented a curation of archival work at the TATE Archive in London as part of the Royal College of Art program, Archive(r). In 2023, he participated in the ‘The Landscape of One’s Own’ exhibition in collaboration with Christie’s. More recently, he has focused his approach on personal narratives, psychoanalysis, self-exploration, and memories from childhood to conceptualize his work in the series Apaicuar.
